RIP Digital Camera

Right now I am super obsessed with the film camera and fancy vintage shots. Be it a Diana or an old instant Polaroid (check out The Impossible Project who have brought back the instant film - genius) I am fully obsessed. Say goodbye to your digital brick and pick up a fun film camera. Toy and instant are perfect for capturing that dreamy shot; the hues, colours and tones embed a timeless quality and vintage feel into any  photograph. Urban Outfitters have a great selection of toy cameras and old Polaroids are available from Amazon to Ebay. Head over to lomography.com or the-impossible-project.com to stock up on film and get snapping.

If buying a new camera and consequent film is too pricey then don't worry we have a cheat; head over to poladroid.net 'the easiest polaroid image maker' . They don't look half bad either!

Oh, and please get your images printed and put into frames, what's the use of having them lost in cyberspace, stored on discs or hidden in old Facebook albums!

Polaroid Passion

Andy Warhol's collection pretty much sums up my love for the instant. They captured an untouched, unedited moment and show a glimpse of his creative process as he used them to aid his art.
